President & COO
For over 20 years, Thom Brodeur has been a master marketer and strategist; corporate development leader and business operator responsible for growth and scale up initiatives and efforts for some companies you know and others you may not. A few of those include Digital Air Strike – the nation’s leading social media marketing company for the automotive industry; venture development company Tallwave; the third largest newswire and business communications company - Marketwired (now a NASDAQ company), and the world’s largest SaaS software business marketing platform and domain registrar – GoDaddy. As a software and digital media industry veteran, Thom has been active in the technology industry and startups in Arizona and Silicon Valley for decades and serves on various advisory boards for venture funds, early-stage and growth companies. A give back kind of guy who is active in the community, Thom currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the country’s largest LGBTQ youth development organization - one·n·ten, and is a past Board member for the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS as well as Make-A-Wish® Arizona.
Born in Miami, Florida and raised in a small town in Ohio, Thom was a professional model and the last man to hold the title of Mr. America – a scholarship competition for men not too dissimilar from the Miss America Scholarship Pageant some of you may still watch on TV. Leaving all that behind to do ‘grown up’ things, Thom graduated from Youngstown State University with degrees in Economics and Political Science, and is also an alumni of the Executive MBA Program for The Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has been a lifelong advocate and volunteer for causes and organizations that support his passion for health & wellness and children. Thom lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his husband Tavit, their son Dante and a handful of vertically challenged dachshunds.
