- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm PST will ship within 1 business days (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays) if product is in stock.
- Should you request First Class Mail delivery you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service. Only Express Priority 1-2 Day Mail are insured.
- If the tracking information on your package indicates "delivered" and you are unable to locate it then a claim with the USPS will need to be submitted.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
- Orders that contain an item on back order will not receive partial shipments. Orders that contain an item on back order will be shipped together once the back order item is available.
All personalized engraving orders will be engraved using a Century font and engraved on the inside center of the bracelet. If you are interested in different options for engraving you should send your request along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note special request may result in longer processing lead times.
We have great news! Due to the overwhelming positive interest outside of the United States we have now implemented international shipping.
- We ship to almost every country so, if you don't see your country listed please contact us at email@example.com, and we will make special accommodations for your order.
- We are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.
- It is important to note that all import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
- If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by bittersweet.
Please note if you reside outside of the United States you may be responsible for a customs charge from your country. The price you pay on our site or any of our partner sites covers the bracelet, packaging and postage fees. - Sterling silver bracelets are manufactured using the precious metal and are all .925 sterling silver, all plating of sterling silver is with 14K gold or rose gold plating.
- Stainless steel bracelets are made of solid stainless steel and have silver, gold, or rose gold ionized plated finish.
- All stainless steel bracelets are 316L stainless steel which includes 11.5% Nickel; however the ionized plating contains no Nickel.
- The athleisure collection contains no Nickel.
- All bittersweet kids & teen hair ties are manufactured using BPA free plastic.
- All our bracelets are manufactured using internationally accepted materials and standards of production.
Currently the bracelet comes in one size and best fits a wrist that ranges from 6 - 6.75 inches in circumference. For wrists that are smaller or larger, it is possible to shape the bracelet - especially the bracelets made of precious metal material which is more malleable than the stainless steel bracelets.
Depending on the bracelet you have purchased it will be packaged in either a box or drawstring pouch. Both are perfect for gift giving! If you should require any special notes or instructions for your packaging please contact us at email@example.com.

Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns authorization must be requested within 14 calendar days of your online tracking delivery date. Before returning your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: name, order number, and reason for return.
- Returns and exchanges are limited to 3 transactions (for example: original order / exchange for new item / exchange for new item). After that point a restocking fee of 25% will be assessed to your order.
- Postage for returns will be paid for in the event there is an inaccuracy with your order, otherwise shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are highly recommended to be sent with tracking information for your own security.
- Upon inspection of your return, a refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 -15 business days to appear on your original payment method.
- Items returned must be unaltered and in unused condition. Must be in original undamaged box. If item is returned without box there will be a 10% restocking fee assessed.
- Only merchandise purchased from www.mariashireen.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other online or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
- All clearance items, custom engraved bracelets, gift cards, hair tie accessories, hair tie charms, and gift wrapping are final sale.
