RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Returns authorization must be requested within 14 calendar days of your online tracking delivery date. Before returning your item, please email customerservice@mariashireen.com with the following information: name, order number, and reason for return.
• Postage for returns will be paid for in the event there is an inaccuracy with your order, otherwise shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns are highly recommended to be sent with tracking information for your own security.
• Upon inspection of your return, a refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 -15 business days to appear on your original payment method.
• Items returned must be unaltered and in unused condition. Must be in original undamaged box. If item is returned without box there will be a 10% restocking fee assessed.
• Maria Shireen® reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
• Only merchandise purchased from www.mariashireen.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other online or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
• All sale items, custom engraved bracelets, gift cards, hair tie accessories, and gift wrapping are final sale.
• Returns and exchanges are limited to 3 transactions (for example: original order / exchange for new item / exchange for new item). After that point a restocking fee of 25% will be assessed to your order.
